Service Description

We will do part of the swim, 1 lap of the bike, and do some of the run for the Ironman Cork. I will teach you the tricks of the trade for you to be well prepared come race day. Some of the things we will be looking at will be: Drafting, Swimming around buoys, Swimming in packs, Sighting current reading, Pacing techniques, cornering, gear suggestions, blind spots, and aid station locations.

Cancellation Policy

For Private lessons, a 24-hour booking policy applies, for Swim Clinics a 3-day booking policy applies and for 1 Day or Weekend Training Camps a 7 Day booking policy applies, i.e. If you cancel within 24 hours,3 or 7 days of the scheduled booking, payments will be kept.
