Adults Private Swimming Lesson
Service Description
These Adult Private Swimming lessons allow swimmers to progress at their own pace in a safe and controlled environment, mastering one set of skills before moving on to the next. Swimming lessons for adults are available in the following three levels, developed to meet the needs of adult learners: 1) Learning the Basics: earn basic swimming strokes and skills needed to stay safe, and help keep others safe in and around the water. 2) Improving Skills and Swimming Strokes: Participants will gain proficiency in basic aquatic skills and the six basic swimming strokes. 3) Swimming for Fitness: Participants will learn to refine their front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, and turns to build endurance. Participants will also learn the fundamentals of Open Water Swimming
Cancellation Policy
For Private lessons, a 48-hour booking policy applies, for Swim Clinics a 3-day booking policy applies and for 1 Day or Weekend Training Camps a 7 Day booking policy applies, i.e. If you cancel within 48 hours,3 or 7 days of the scheduled booking, payments will be kept.
