Service Description

These clinics are ideal for swimmers who’d like to be race ready and prepared for the season ahead. It's open to all water swimmers from beginner to elite. I will teach you the tricks of the trade for you to be well prepared come race day. Some of the things we will be looking at will be on technique, stroke, adaption, sighting, mass starts/exits, drafting, swimming around buoys, swimming in packs, current reading, pacing techniques and deep water confidence. This is a swim clinic and not a race, I will teach you the necessary skills that you will use in races. **We will go at your pace** What you will need: *wetsuit *togs *flip flops *goggles *vaseline or baby oil *towel *warm dry clothes to change into after *2l bottle of lukewarm water for a quick shower after the swim. Social distancing will be adhered to at all times, and travel restrictions may apply.

Cancellation Policy

For Private lessons, a 48-hour booking policy applies, for Swim Clinics a 3-day booking policy applies and for 1 Day or Weekend Training Camps a 7 Day booking policy applies, i.e. If you cancel within 48 hours,3 or 7 days of the scheduled booking, payments will be kept.
